Hi Rangers! This is all new to me, so bear with me as I learn how to navigate a school counseling webpage and begin a blog. My goal with this blog is to connect with all of you once or twice a week while we're in our virtual school environment with either a few resources, a video lesson, me reading a book, or maybe an inspirational quote that touched my heart. I know this is not how any of us planned for our school year to go, but know that I am here for all of you.
I am planning on beginning "office hours" next week through Zoom to connect with all of you, so keep an eye on my blog for more information about those later this week! I want to highlight one resource for all of you and that's this Stay at Home Wellness Kit. It has links for mom and dad or whoever you live with and it has coping skills for you, too. You all know how much I love coping skills! What's your favorite coping skill? Deep breaths? Counting to 10? Mine is counting, but sometimes I have to count all the way to 100 to calm down!
